I grew up in Borås but chose to move to Stockholm in autumn 2009 when I saw the opportunities to succeed in my dreams, and one of them was to live in a big city. The journey here has been fantastic and it is always things happening, who knows what comes next?
If you would explain health, how would you do it?
Health for me is when you wake up in the morning and doing well. The inside is just as important as the outside and are you working on the inner as the outer , you will be healthy
When people think health they normally thinks about how the outside look, I would say :eat good food and constantly work with your mental . That will improve your health every day.
Have you always been active and healthy?
In my life I have had both ups and downs. I've had periods where I stopped with everything, but I've always as long as I can remember loved to dance. It was my first love to exercise. Since then I have developed and begun to love other workouts and today I can not see myself stop being active! Today, standing in the gym one of my favorite chores!
What people in your life have motivated you to live healthy?
Today I have the world's best coach and companion, my guy David, he is a great motivation and inspiration in my life this past year.
Before then, I have not really had any single person more than all the wonderful amazing dancer in movies / tv, and so on.

Have you ever in life had a period where you have been living an unhealthy life and what made you become motivated to change it?
Absolutely. Life is a roller coaster, and sometimes it will have its downs . It happened to me no later than 3 years ago, when I had a weight gain and lived very unhealthy, had a stressful job and quit and work out completely. The result was that I was constantly tired and felt old ..I worked as a model, so I felt that I just had to make a change ; to come back if I wanted to live the life I really was passionate about and that was the end of those lazy days!
Can you give some tips how to start their healthy life in a good way.
Make a plan! You can not do everything at the same time and expect that you will manage everything during the first week!
I started to see what I put in me and fell on it, I knew I later had to stop by on a daily basis, and started walking. Short, long, fast, slow. I understood that I would never be able to become athlete in a short time and be sugar-free for the rest of my life. To realize that it will take time and gave me the possibility of scaling up both training and have a better diet at a pace that both mind and body managed - which meant I did it!
What is a fun workout myth you've heard?
That girls get "beefy and bulky" muscles through heavy weight training!
Hello! You get a nicely shaped body and in addition you burn more calories with more muscles in the body. So the myth that women should just run condition to get the "slender and long muscles," Nope! They are made in the gym.
What is your favorite exercise?
Thanks! I have lots of favorites and then it's mostly leg exercises that are favorites.
Squats on the steppe boards with dumbbell is cruel, then you are going deep down. Then two steppe boards that stands about 20 cm apart, stand each with a leg on each board, take one heavy weight that you hold with both hands and you let your hands hang down in front of the body and do a squat! It takes good!
Otherwise, I often train using apps. My absolute favorite (as I run 2-3 times a week) is BikiniFit - must be tested !!
Can you justify why one should live healthy, what do you think are the benefits?
You will feel more energetic, feel better, look fresher, live longer, have more quality of life, more energy to do things physically and mentally!
There are no disadvantages to living a healthy life and you are worth taking care of your body, you only got one and let it not be wasted unnecessarily.
To live healthy is not always remove the good times, Do you feel good by a piece of chocolate now and then treat yourself with it! Healthy is also mentally - it isn't about going to the extremes.
